Today, Sunday, March 9, 2023, in the presence of the dean of the college and lecturers of both the history and geography departments of our college
Geography department organized a workshop for teachers, employees, and students of our college under the title of “The Role of Geography Science in the Development of Kurdistan”. At first Asst. Prof. Dr. Salam Abdulkarim, the dean of the college gave a speech, in the workshop some topics were presented by the following teachers:
- Yazidis in Kurdistan and exile By Asst. Prof. Dr. Kamal Tahir Rashid
- The geographical distribution of the votes of the National Union Party in the parliamentary elections of the region By Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Rafiq Karim
- Environmental characteristics for the harvesting of natural resources By Dr. Omed Hamabaqi Hamaamin
- Determining the water supply for agricultural products. By L. Aram Dawd Abbas
